How to end hypersensitivity?

Hi everyone!

Around 10 years ago I've had Frenuloplasty beacuse I had really short frenulum, at the time I was around 9-10 years old, I didn't really care about it until last year, meaning didn't clean it properly, didn't pull back my foreskin for years etc... So yes I was a fool and now I'm suffering from hypersensitivity, it really hurts to even touch my skin on the area where my frenulum is (used to be) my glans is very sensitive as well but at least that one is getting better overtime.

Any advice how to permanently reduce sensitivity at that part of the skin? Although if lubricated I can touch it without almost any pain, but otherwise it's very very painful.

Thank you!

You can try to keep your foreskin retracted. It will reduce hypersensitivity, but it takes time. There is no easy way out.

The more you touch and rub your penis the quicker you will get used to it.
