How do I get unbiased information on circumcision? Where and from who? I have foreskin adhesions... only offered circumcision.
If you live in UK. Have you already asked for your local healthcare provider/NHS?

You may have to be asked for alternative treatment and why you are not being offered it.
I would get a second opinion. It seems like your doctor is pushing you for a circumcision.
Circumcision should be offered as a last resort when all other options fail.
This is what happened when I was seen by a Urologist at my local NHS Hospital. I walked in and took a seat while he read the letter from my GP. He then asked me to lay down and lower my clothing. He then examined my foreskin briefly and then said “Circumcision”.. and walked away. In the time it took me to rearrange my clothing, he had pulled a consent form from a draw and placed it on the desk in front of my seat. At that time I didn’t know anything about adhesion release and assumed that there was no alternative.... and signed the form for circumcision. Total time in his office was less than it has taken me to type this. It was only when I got home I started to have second thoughts. For the next few weeks I researched and read all I could find. I found several NHS Health Authorities in various parts of the U.K. that had the same webpage on Foreskin Adhesion Release surgery. During this time I had received an appointment. I phoned and cancelled the appointment. That was two years ago and I don’t know what to do next.
Dont do circumcision unless its absolutely necessary. If it wasn't for my medical condition i would have never done circumcision. Please get multiple doctors openion and make decision Yellowcab
I agree with Saucisse and Jithinroy.
