I studied at a religious residential school and took a celibacy related vow to not masturbate. So I took it to extremes and even stopped my penis touching. But now I am 20 years old and was rejected in a medical test for army because I couldn't pull my foreskin back when I was asked to. I have a review test in 3 months.. Some friends told me to masturbate daily and now in 7-8 days I can pull my foreskin completely after ejaculation and can retract it with my hands without any kind of pain . But still I can't pull my foreskin completely at will and certainly not when erect. Also it is painful to touch the head and it appears to be very sensitive. Is it because I had never previously exposed it completely ?? Please help !! I am very depressed due to this..

Foreskin issue please help
Have you consulted a doctor about this?
Nope sir. I am hesitant. I posted this because I thought someone may advice me
Why are you hesitant? You have medical issues which need proper diagnosis and treatment.
Thanks for advice sir. I will visit a clinic in short time. I just thought that my issue was small and can be cured at home but I will have to visit a clinic if this problem persists.
I hope that your clinic visit goes well and that your review test in 3 months also goes well. Take care.

You have received good advice from the previous respondents. Now I'll add my two cents worth.
Explore the less invasive methods like foreskin stretching first.
There is also a procedure called a dorsal slit that might be required.
Circumcision should be a last resort and don't let a doctor pressure you into it at the start of solving your tight foreskin problem.
From what you have described, you seem to have had some success in loosening your foreskin and you should keep it up.
Also, try pulling your foreskin back while your penis is erect.
Pull it back as far as it is comfortable and stop when it becomes painful because you could make matters worse.
I also suggest you do away with the vow.
I assume you are no longer attending the religious school, so the vow no longer applies.
Also, masturbation and exploring your genitals (in an appropriate setting) are normal and good for you, physically and mentally.
I know from personal experience how trying to uphold religious dogma to the letter can do bad things to the mind.
Rake what I have said however you will and all the best in solving your problem.
