So guys I'm currently 10 days post circumcision and the stitches are sensitive can I keep to covered(very losely) with gauze and neosporin so that the wounds don't rub against my clothes or is it a bad idea?

Yes, it is suggested to use a gauze until there is no discharge on wound anymore.

Ok cool cause its sensitive and have scabs a little discharge cause I don't want my clothes to get messed up. I also feel neosporin + gauze is better for healing with least discomfort plus I change it every morning.
