Big cuts

Have cuts on my foreskin couple small ones and one big one.Is getting a little tighter to pull my foreskin back is there a cream that will help.

You better get checked out by your doctors as you may have an infection causing the cuts. I would act sooner than later before your foreskin get tighter.

Not sure if leaving it alone not to stretch it out more.Or just leave it alone so cuts won’t get worse

If you leave it you foreskin may tighten up as it heals giving you phimosis which could result in stretching or even circumcision. Is the head of your penis red and inflamed?

I’ve already had phimosis and a Circumcision but some foreskin was left behind.Head doesn’t come out all the way unless I pull back foreskin a little.Head of penis is a little red

You should maybe look at getting the rest of your foreskin removed as well

That procedure was painful that shot they would give me for pain wouldn’t help that much.Even the dr mentioned that he wasSurprised how sensitive I was because he was giving me a lot

You need to get this checked . You may have balanitis if the tip of your penis is red and the foreskin is tightening. I had balanitis caused by thrush. The doctors gave me an anti fungal steroid cream to clear the infection while using this I stretched my foreskin again as it was getting tighter too. Then I was given a plain anti fungal cream for 3 months to keep it at bay. I’m ok now that I have finished the cream.

Just left the dr he prescribed a steroid cream to try fix problems.He said no big deal if it don’t work he will have to cut me up again but not like a Circumcision uh obviously dude u already did that.

I had your exact problem (torn foreskin) - I found resting it and allowing it to mend only resulted in an even tighter foreskin that ultimately refused to retract - so, many months later I had a 'full' circumcision, that was just 24 days ago. (thankfully I had no problems and visually I'm almost mended). I gather by your post you plumped for a half-circumcision? I was offered that but didn't even consider it on the basis of, ''Why have half the job when you can have the whole thing done in one go thus avoiding any ongoing problems later. '' Good luck. Are you NHS or private? 👍

Hi, if you stretch it without understanding the underlying course you are likely to make things worse by causing more micro scarring or visible tearing. I would strongly recommend seeing a dermatologist to establish what’s going on. In the meantime stopping washing with soap and use an emollient wash like e45. You should also consider using a moisturiser like Epaderm but inside and outside of the foreskin. I wish you all the best.
