Little bumps called Fordyce Spots can occur almost anywhere on the penis.

Fordyce spots are completely harmless. They look like little pimples but have nothing to squeeze out. They most often grow on the shaft but can appear anywhere.

It's best to have it checked with your doctor they could be nothing to worry about. they are probably Tyson spots if they are near the frenulum but get checked out anyway.
