So for about 4 or 5 days now my penis has been like dry asf with dead skin coming off and it was reddish ive taking showers ect but just today it seems like its starting to crack open I don't know what to do im stressing pretty bad this is all on my glans (penis head) I'm circumcised im 25 please help anyone? Btw it doesn't hurt or itch ?

The only issue is I have no insurance and no job right now so my funds have to get food and pay bills

Does the pharmacist give free advice? Either that or try an anti fungal cream or a moisturiser cream.

I just today started putting Vaseline on it im praying it works but I have no clue wtf is happening ive looked every where the closes I can find is psoriasis but I don't have that and I things the odds of it magically just appearing are slim to none I see mentions of balantis or whatever but my foreskin is gone as well so its extremely hard to figure out wtf I've got going on

A circumcised penis can still get balanitis. That could be caused by either a bacterial or fungal infection. It sounds more like fungal (thrush). I’m going through this just now only I’m not circumcised. Try some anti fungal cream.

You can also try an ointment such as polysporin. If you do get cracks in the skin it might ward off a bacterial infection - possibly on top of a fungal infection. This information might help you:
