I'm 21,It's a problem with my penis glans there is a red spot on it. I've got this problem since last year and any doctor can't help me. I was using antifungal medicines like clotrimazol creme e.t.c.
The problem is dryness and peeling of skin + cracks after masturbation/sex.( only after this )

How and how often are you jerking off? I have a similar thing when I jerk fairly long with the same grip. It however is just irritated and goes away after a few days.. for there is no pain but it is sensitive, can give discomfort in sex
To be honest I do it very often but once I tried not to masturbate for a month, but that was worthless. I have this cracks and irritation only during masturbate after that it goes back to normal state.
Define very often. One a day is pretty normal I guess. Irritation should only come from several hours of jerking or multiple times during the day. Especially when you penetrate the same points on your dick over and over again and the head of your dick is dry while you are working it.
Looks pretty normal but I would agree that if your doctor isn’t concerned then neither should you be as it’s probably just friction related. Use a good lube for masturbation or sex and give your penis a rest whenever you can. See if you get the same effect if you use a condom.
I’ve taken a chunk of skin off my glans during some fairly exuberant sex before and this struggled to heal properly until I stopped masturbating and/or having sex for a while.
If it doesn’t get better and you’re still worried about it then you could always consider getting a second opinion from a different medical practitioner.
Once I tried not to masturbate for a month, but that didn't change anything. I've been consulting this problem with four doctors and no one knew what it could be.Yes, its the same when i use condom.
