Hey Guys, A great big thank you and a big bear hug and abrazos are in order, especially to: Osidge, Zappa61, Cdg35, amarjeetnegi64, Zz1518, and IP_Nightly. I read all your comments, went to recommended websites where I saw a couple of short videos, and read a couple of very informative articles.
I took the advice, found a prescription I had of hydrocortisone cream and applied it under my foreskin. One article suggested stretching, so I gently inserted my index fingers under the foreskin, and wow! I felt a band about 3/4” inside and began stretching it. I gently rubbed it for about 3 minutes and began feeling better immediately! I repeated that exercise 2 more times before going to bed. This morning I’m walking around without the pain I’ve had the past 2 weeks. I’m looking forward to stretching 3 or 4 times today, which btw, was quite pleasurable. Thanks again for your wonderful advice. Please continue!

Good job. New cells can take six weeks to mature. so maintain the growth by gentl stretching for that long. Once per day for a couple of minutes should do it. Then it's permanent. Maintain hygiene with plain water. If you take antibiotics, watch for signs of yeast under the foreskin and treat as necessary.
Thank you California Jim! Good advice! I definitely agree with good hygiene and have thoroughly cleaned under my fore skin ever since I discovered cheesey substance there as a boy. This exercise in stretching is so pleasurable for me I think I’ll do it several times a day!
Hello my friend,I’m doing well and my stretching has gone well. I saw my doctor the end of last month and he gave me a steroid cream to use. Well I also used it as lube with a little H20 using it with my Autoblow. He also gave me Viagra to use and things have been much better. Actually the more I masturbate and play the better it is. So actually I haven’t been stretching much lately, just having sensual fun with my Autoblow!
