How can I attach pictures

Hi I'm new here ..just asking how can I attach pictures on this forum with my question coz I don't see any option

Unfortunately, you cannot send pictures to the discussion board as they have been turned off by the administrators.

Some people attach pictures using a link to another site. I don’t know how to do this but would like to know. This was mentioned in another post and the administrator said that this was ok within reason.
