White lump and growing red marks on my foreskin

Hello, please can someone answer my question.

On the side of my frenulum, I notice there is white small lump along with the growing red marks (not so very red but it can you see it) which is different color on my foreskin. It don't feel any pain, I'm just worried about this.

Unless a lump is a result of recent trauma you should have it examined by a doctor.
