I Have a Tight Frenulum Any tips to Stretch it?

It isn’t that bad but I’ll start from when I when I was 10 .I used to not be able to pull my foreskin back more than a cm when erect back when I was 10 because my frenulum was that tight. Then two years later I could get it back to my glans. Just recently I have been able to pull it back about a cm behind my glans but my meatus is pulled down a lot. Any suggestions on how to stretch it. Keep in mind that I’m not finished quite finished puberty, please tell me if that would change anything. By the way this is not stopping me from hygiene or masturbation.
