How long have people left it to excercise? I know gyms etc are closing anyway, but I haven’t been able to do weights much cos too paranoid, but I’m even more worried about running, due to excessive flapping...even with bandage and tight pants...what do people think?

I would not advise serious exercise until about 6 weeks after the surgery. Things need to settle.
