Worried about my length post-op

So, I'm almost 3 weeks post-op and I noticed that my erect length isn't quite what it used to be. I used to be 15cm (~6in) erect, and now I'm about 10-11cm. I'm a grower, so my flaccid length is quite small (I've never measured it but if I had to eyeball it I'd say 5cm/2in). I've noticed that when erect, my penis tends to pull on the skin on my pubes. Is this normal, or has it happened to anyone? And if so, how long did it take to get it back to normal?

At your stage in recovery, it is likely that you still have swelling. That can effect the appearance of having lost length - although you have not lost length!

It would be a miracle if you lost the length as they only took skin round your penis,give it time to heal

As others have said, the swelling makes it look as if you have lost length, but you haven't and when the swelling has completely gone you should find your missing length again.

Remember that a circumcision takes at least 6-8 weeks to fully heal.
