Hey, two days ago I received a Blowjob from a girl.

Then the next day in the evening I had Red spots on my Penis Gland (head/Tip)

What are these spots. Do they go away on its own? What kind of treatment should I seek?

Though there is no pain or sore, no itching of any sort. I can urinate easily and as I used.

Just red spots freak me out. Is this a symptom of bigger problem

The girl doesn't have any Sexually transmitted disease or such infection.

Please let me know.

Should I visit a Dermatologist or a Urologist?

You certainly need to be checked out by a healthcare professional. Preferably a Sexual Heath Clinic. Never assume a partner is disease free, that is so unsafe.
