Small white bumps all-over the penis??

I have lot of small white bumps all over my penis, when they gets slightly bigger I'm able to pop them like pimples and also small amount of pus comes out of them, I think I have this bumps since long time now I wasn't just paying that much attention to my health back then. Please let me know what should I do.

This seems like something a GP should look at and refer to a dermatologist ot urologist if unable to treat . Pus is never good news and don't touch the glans of the penis or allow pus in any way to come to contact with the meatal area and keep the area dry and clean . This might cause an infection like UTI if not careful . Best is to meet with a gp and see what it is . All the best !
