So tips wise there is honestly nothing much to be told. You might need to take 2 weeks off work for sure and since you are coupled with another procedure , that recovery time might extend. There will be minor problems like bleeding , suture discomfort and nocturnal erections , all of which are temporary and should be gone very soon . You can just sleep on your sides with your legs pulled up to your chest and ensure that you void your bladder completely before going to bed to avoid the nocturnal erections. Also you might have to stop taking in fluids past 6 or 7 pm or so for the same.
Tips before the procedure would be to ensure you have ppl to help you out after . Also completely shave the area before the op . Do inform the doctor if you have any other conditions however minor so that it does not complicate matters (e.g drug allergies etc) . Post circ many people have had varied experiences with sex so don't worry much about that . All the best !
I think you mean ask the doc if painkillers are needed after the op ?? Before the op generally nothing is given . Post op pain is actually manageable but if not so then yeah , painkillers can be used !
Moderate high and moderate tight style better preserve inner sensitive foreskin than the low style.
As preparation, you may try wearing foreskin back for few weeks before the procedure this to be prepare yourself for some discomfort on glans sensitivity.
And if you get a full circumcision there is no need for frenuloplasty because in full circumcision the frenulum is cut and removed by default.
