Oh dear. You may have torn your frenulum. You should consult your doctor about this. PS: If she’s tight she’s not quite ready for penetration. Don’t force it in. Have a bit more foreplay.

Fully agree. Forced sex is rarely pleasant for either participant - and sex should be pleasant. It is not about getting it in come what may. A doc should be seen about the torn frenulum.
