I think you could ask a healthcare professional remove last staples before your skin will grow on them.

Btw. There is no direct correlation between fully heal and last staple. It can take up to 18-24 months to heal properly.
It will take like 5 minutes to remove those last staples. Just ask your healthcare professional.
