White patches can be yeast or lichen sclerosus. You really do need to get checked out at your doctor’s or a sexual health clinic.

Hope you get sorted out.
One odd question is that they don’t hurt or seem to have any of the symptoms listed. I’ve done some looking around too and acne can also form on the gland if that’s true? Either way I’m going to make an apt at a sexual health clinic to get checked out.
Good to hear you are going to get it checked out. One of the issues with skin conditions is that different problems have similar symptoms and some problems can have atypical symptoms. Hope you get sorted out soon. Take care.
Did you find out what this was?
I went to a women’s center and I advise you do the same as our situations may differ. They take everyone for any sexually related questions etc.
Anyways, the doctor who examined me said I am fine. If there’s no itching, burning, skin cracking, and if general uncomfortableness then I was fine. The spots seemed to be getter better and they’re going away, I recommend clean yourself throughly and if you switched products for bathing try not using them for a bit, see if that helps. I also got screened for stds, just incase and that’s the safest route for any questions like this.
Good luck, and hope it’s all good! Please visit a doctor!
Hi , Hope your situation improved or resolved. At some point in time my scenario was similar. Although the soap supplement is good but doesnt solve the problem. I had to consult a Dermatologist ( Skin specialist) outside UK, who correctly diagnosed it as 'Lichen Planus of Glans Penis'. Applying the prescribed ointment on the specific spots for 2 to 3 weeks ( not more) cleared fully as expected with pigmentation (Dark spots), which is now getting back normal. This is available only on prescription. It should be prescribed by Skin specialist. Do NOT continue beyond 3 weeks.
If your situation hasnt improved, you should speak with a Dermatologist ( Skin specialist).
