Hi everyone, I’m two weeks in and I only have two stitches one on the underside and one on the opposite side of what am showing you in the photo.
When you get a low circumcision like me doesn’t that mean that after the stitches fall off I should be pulling my foreskin down? The side you see on the image shows that the inner foreskin is kind of stuck or glued to the outer skin so when I try to pull it it won’t happen? Is that because the stitches just fell off or is that something I should worry?
Also I’ve gotten suggestions to apply coconut oil to the scar line. Would that be directly to the scar on the inner foreskin or above the actual foreskin?
Thank you so much!

The scar line is the join between the former inner foreskin and the shaft skin. You shoild not be able to separate the two and shouldn't try to pull them apart, just leave things as they are. Since you have been circumcised as an adult, you will not get skin bridges between the glans and scar line.
A circumcision essentially gets rid of your foreskin so your glans will always be exposed . The only exception to this as far as I know is a partial circ where you still retain a small part and you have to pull the foreskin down and that too partly. The area between the glans and the incision line is your inner shaft skin which will become looser over time.
Even the incision site get looser with time but there will not be any more pulling of skin backwards from the incised site. It does budge a little backwards but it will remain fused to the layer below it.
Would be best if you started applying the coconout oil later on in my opinion. You still seem a little raw and given that the coconut oil found these days maybe adulterated , best is to wait till complete healing around 3-4 weeks before applying coconut oil for the moisturing effect. Also in my opinion coconut oil is best for the shaft part only. All the best !
Oh okay that makes sense now! I thought I had to pull the remaking foreskin all the way down to the bottom of the shaft even with this circumcision but I guess not! I don’t know how that will work during handjobs and such but will see. Also I’ll follow your advice and actually wait a couple more weeks before applying coconut oil. Thanks!
My circumcision looks exactly like yours haha, about the handjobs we are supposed to use some lub and go up and down the shaft, essentaly using your thumb to massage in the frenulum area behind the glans because we have a lot of nerves there, I still haven't tried yet because I still have some scabs but I will! hope you too
Mine looked like yours. I’m two month into the healing process. I started massaging Bio Oil on my scar three times a day and it looks like my scar is smoothing out. Looking good buddy!
