I have phimosis but like , in the shower I was stretching and got it fully to the back , but now the skin it only covers 95% of the penis.
I think this had happened before but I’m not sure
I honestly don’t know if this is good or bad, because after this , I was able to have an erection with the tip fully exposed without any kind of pain , but the tip is still sensitive
What can you advise me ?

From what you have posted, it seems that you don’t have phimosis but now have a fully functional foreskin.
Usual caveat - any concerns, speak to your doctor.
Sorry for being in another account but it’s me again
So today , when I woke up, just like I thought , it went back to normal and I have to work on it a bit to be able to push it behind , is that normal or do I have to stretch more ?
The first one told me circumcision was the only option and I honestly freaked out then a specialized medic said that in the bath if I kept doing what I was doing I didn’t need a thing
Sounds like a fully functioning foreskin. Keep stretching which will ensure your foreskin gives you no problems with tightness, you can then have a lifetime of pleasure from this wonderful part of the body!
I wish foreskin stretching would have worked for me, unfortunately I had been stretching since my mid 20’s and my foreskin only kept getting tighter, once intercourse became so painful that I started avoiding it did I agree to be circumcised, I wish I’d done it back in my 20’s instead of waiting until 40.
Do foreskin stretching exercises, apply cold pressed coconut oil with natural alo vera gel by gentle tapping again and after so that the glans tip loses hypersensitivity. Also, use a mild steroid cream like 0.05% tenovate for 7 -10 days and massage it over the tight part of your foreskin to make the skin lose and cure any smegma build inside if any.
Use betamethasone cream wen u stretch. It breaks down skin natrix/collagen making stretching work much quicker. Make sure u have no infection. Especially yeast or candida. As stretching will cause a rebound effect and make it tighter if skin isnt healthy.
