hello i have had this for about 2 years and i just pushed it to the side and didn’t think of it and i want to get it treated as i thought it would just go away i have not went down to the gp only to save the awkwardness but instead i will come here for now i think if may be LS (also this photo was taken when if wasnt so bad but every morning it goes back to “normal”)

There certainly seems to be an issue with the glans. You need to conquer your awkwardness and see your GP. The forum is not a place to diagnose your problems but to support you to get them sorted.
To be sincere, and honest, I can't see anything at all that would cause concern. I mean I must be missing, completely, what it is that you're mentioning.
Are they white patches on the glans? It’s quite difficult to tell with the photo you’ve posted mate!

Hiya, are those white spots are patches? If yes then I had same problem which was on penis head around its mouth, I would say this can't be LS but still you need to contact your doctor at the earliest...
