apply coconut oil or bio-oil to soften the scars.

you could try to apply the said coconut oil on scar and frenulum and glans at the same time, give it a light massage with your fingertips, try not to hurt delicate spots. the stiffness & hardness should be soften as the day goes by.

the newly exposed part of the penis will keratise over time, meaning it will lose its previous soft, smooth feel, which is what happens following a circumcision. keep using the oil.
