Today it got errected not fully but I could see the differences it was mild pain near stitches and few stitches were broken please let me know is it looks good or bad .(Half errected penis )

The stitches will normally have done their job in 10-12 dys and can usually be usefully removed at 14 days. This will reduce swelling, prevent stitch tunnels and stop the ends of stitches digging in and hurting.

The lighter coloured skin just behind your glans is the former inner foreskin layer and is just what one would expect to see.
