I’m on month 2 now post op and I’m still using padding under my clothes because it’s still quite sensitive, but for the past couple of weeks I’ve been very uncomfortable even with the padding. I’ve been using non stick pads with surgical tape to cover up my penis and this worked fine for the first month or so, but lately it feels like it’s doing more damage than help. I was walking weird at work today and when I got home and unwrapped it I noticed I had multiple small cuts on my glans. I try to wrap it tightly with the tape to avoid movement but when I sit down and get up it slowly loosens up with time, causing me to have to re wrap it constantly.
Anyone know of different wrapping methods that don’t stick to the penis head? (so that it’s not painful after removing)

your glans is supposed to be exposed, that's the goal of circumcision anyway.
why would you circumcise if you keep emulating having foreskin anyway.
instead of wrapping it, I suggest you apply vaseline to mitigate friction and choose tight underwear instead.
your glans will desensitized and you'll get used to it eventually.
recommended underwear mats: ice silk, viscose, bamboo fibre, etc. those materials is body fit and very stretchy and breathable. penis will be secured tightly and at the same time you'll feel like wearing no underwear.
I have petroleum jelly, if I use that and don’t wrap it, will it get stuck to my underwear?
I tried this once a couple weeks after my surgery but it wasn’t with petroleum jelly, I think it was Neosporin, and the glans got stuck to my underwear. And it was very painful when I removed it (and it bled).
It’s exposed every time I’m at home which is pretty much when I don’t work. I’ve been staying in my room / sleeping naked. But thank you I’ll buy tight underwear and give that a try.
it should help. bring a pocket size jar with you and check your glans each time you go to toilet or when you begin to feel something down there and reapply jelly.
at one point when your glans change skins, you'll know all will be good.
