Foreskin problem

I am a bit worried....I am 18yrs old and when erect i can pull my skin over the head but it just rolls under the head it doesnt go all the way??

Honestly I am not able to understand to what extent you think rolling back your foreskin is normal . Generally it does roll/retract back and gets fit just under the head comfortably . If it's tight it won't be able to retract partially or at all and if its looser it might retract a little more than below the head/glans . If yours is retracting fine when you are erect and there is no pain or tension and it fits well behind the glans part , there is nothing to worry in my opinion .

It is possible that you have a short frenulum that is restricting the amount that you can retract your foreskin.

We can't diagnose on here, so talking to your doctor may be the best thing to do.

It is supposed to naturally roll even with the slightest attempt to just under the head or glan of the penis. I do not know why you want it to roll all the way down to the base of your penis unless ofc you prefer using a condom. I had phimosis and my glan could not be exposed as my frenulum was short and tight preventing me to even roll my foreskin even to the base of the head. You might wanna get a op on your frenulum in order to loosen it up a bit.. Circumcision is also a choice. Speak to a doctor.
