How much time take for perfect skin joints?

17th day of circumcision my wound is not heal properly, some stitches are dissolved and some remain, when i got erection during sleep that time at one place, wound is open and some Yellow liquid come out. And i want to know how to stop night erection .Help me for speedy recovery.

Yellowish discharge/fluid on wound is normally lymph. It is still healing. If there is no blood and bad smell you'll be fine. You may ask your doc or clinic.

We all will heal on individual pace. You can support wound edges not to open more with non adherent dressing, bandage or skin tape. To make sure that the gauze won't stuck in wound (discharge) you can spread petroleum jelly/medical honey ointment or put strips of paraffin gauze (like Jelonet) to first layer near the skin.

There is no way to stop all nocturnal erections, but you can handle it better, when you urinate before to go to bed and when you woke up with hardon try to turn fetal position.

Remember to wash your hand before and after the daily wound care.

Wound is open at only one place and that can see when i got erection and pull back skin , my doctor give Nemiheal gel (amorphous hydrogel wound dressing with colloidal silver) for healing ,Nemiheal is better for this problem?

And tell me how much time take for completely healing?

If your GP ask you to use that 'Nemiheal gel' on wound site, then it's better to use it. You can still put strip(s) of skin adhesive tape (like Micropore) to support the wound, cause of those nocturnal erections. Gel or ointment itself won't support the wound on stretching at all. Just helps with the risk of infection on site.

Medicines and methods to cure are very different in India and here in Finland. Like I already told you. No-one can tell you precisely when you are totally healead. How you define it. Wound is healed close? All swelling is gone? It can take 2-24 months.

I sent you PM. 'Steri-Strip' by 3M is another option, but it is more expensive and might loosen too easily when there is some ointment on site.
