All stitches are gone, now what?

On 22nd day , all stitches are gone. The swelling is intact, what could be the next step to reduce swelling?

Medications or something else?

Till now applied ointment and salt water.

Swelling goes away in its own time, can be anywhere from weeks to months, it'll go down in time. If your wound has completely closed over focus on softening the scar line with vitamin e oil or bio-oil and massage the penis with unrefined organic coconut oil. Best of luck with your recovery

Can you elaborate on the coconut oil please? Im just now starting on week 4 of my circumcision

Like BryceD123 has said , don't worry much Abt the swelling as it reduces with time and varies for different people. I would say that in my opinion you don't need any other medications ! I would suggest bathing twice a day with warm water and applying coconut oil or bio oil as suggested by BryceD123 as well. Also try not to hamper the healing by doing vigorous or strainful exercises or activities just yet and maybe till the end of 6 Weeks . All the best !

Don't try to rush things. Recovery after a teen or adult circumcision takes 6-8 weeks and even then some degree of swelling can persist for some time.
