I had something that looked like molluscum contagiosum (doctor said it was) for about 1.5 years, which disappeared after treatment. Now skin looks like this. It changes from more normal to worse now and again. The skin also turned dark in some places in a seemingly permanent manner. Tried antibiotical creams, antifungal; now I'm on coconut and teatree oil.
What's the deal..?

Your skin looks a bit dry but other than that I cannot see any huge problems. You might consider going to your doctor when you hit a bad spell for a medical opinion.
All looks pretty normal from the pic. My foreskin tip sometimes gets a bit dry, I find either a little coconut oil or a well lubed up wank and it settles again.
