Dark and bad looking skin, what should I do?

The underside of my penis has dark and bloodshot skin around the frenulum. It gets worse after masturbation and is slightly painful and irritated. What should I do?

It looks normal to me. An erection happens when your penis is engorged with blood. This slight discoloration is a sign that there is still blood in or under the skin. It’s a sign that you are alive and well. Enjoy it!

Can I ask, not to say you are wrong but out of curiosity, are you a doctor or have experience in this stuff?

No. I am not a doctor. I have done so much reading on these kinds of matters as I am a men's counselor. Please seek further information, but I'm sure what I said is correct, unless you do have some kind of irregularity. There are medical doctors on this sight, so see if you can find one and hopefully he can set your mind at ease. Thank you for your reply. Keep me posted. Garrett0606

Thank you, I have been told by one other person, on a different site, that the skin is irritated and it should not be darker or redder around the frenulum. I am not sure if I should see a GP as I have had problems in the past which I have been with that turned out to be normal. I'm a bit anxious, just want to be healthy.
