tight foreskin

i am able to pull my foreskin back over the head of the penis both when flaccid and erect, however it feels tight and when erect it doesn’t go all the way down my penis shaft. i have seen a doctor who gave me a steroid cream however after a few months of using this i have seen no or little results. please help if you have any advice.

I recommend getting circumcised probably the best thing to do
