Almost 5 months of healing but there’s still some bleeding

During erections, there’s bleeding around the incision area and it feels tight. I don’t know why there’s flesh coming out but it’s always exposed - flaccid or during erections. Sometimes there are a little bit of pain. Is this normal?? Should I just let it heal or should I go to the doctor?

I forgot to add that there’s a smell to it and it’s itchy at times.

You should not be bleeding after 5 months. Please see your doctor.

Is it possible that the incision might be open because I masturbated 3 months in and it started bleeding from there. But I’ll go see the doctor.

That is possible if you damaged the newly formed skin at the scar site. Hope all goes well at the docs.
