Erections still feel tight 6.5 weeks after circumcision

Hi guys, I hope you can help with my concerns. I'm 6.5 weeks into my circumcision healing, and erections still feel tight around the frenulum. It seems like part of it is still there. I ejaculated once a week ago and the meatus got red, sensitive and stingy for a while. Does it look like it's healing well? What are the white spots? Is there anything I need to be doing differently? I wash it with mild soap every day and rub Vaseline on it after every shower. Thanks a lot in advance.
