I have a circumcision a little over a month ago and 2 weeks in the side stitches opened up but it started healing after the 3 rd week..... also does this still look swollen? And how long do I wait to have sex?

The underside inner skin is the place where it takes the longest for the swelling to subside. In about 2 to 3 weeks you should me ok with an elastic inner skin too.
