day 10 after circumcision

hi guys i new here, been reading the page im on day 10 today and i poped two stitches this morning.. and this is causing my penis to stick on my briefs and it starts to bleeding when i take it out to pee.. im worried about infection

any suggestions

It doesn't look infected, yet. Just give a salt bath twice a day to you buddy. And cover it with some dressing/gauze. Put some petroleum jelly to gauze or wound area, otherwise the gauze stuck in open area.

The gauze supports the wound area, reduces friction and protects the new skin..

Shortly: Salt bath > dry > ointment > cover > repeat
