Circumcision and Exercise

I am 12 days into my recovery, would anyone be able to provide advise or experience when it is safe to resume normal exercise? Some background on my recovery, I have an open wound in the frenulum area which is starting to heal and stitches are still intact. Any comments would be appreciated.

It's a bit difference to exercise for a board game competition or taekwondo championship. I think you win who's got a machos/ugliest scar competition if you'll rip off the wound again before it is even healed for the first time.

I agree. With an unhealed wound it is not safe to resume normal activity. There are many posts on forum that discuss resumption.
