My boys don't hang low as I would like. I'm 41 and still don't hang. Why?

Are you circumcised tightly? If this is the case, your scrotum is put under tension to allow your penis to expand. The penile shaft skin that is missing is borrowed from the scrotal skin.

Each guy is different.

I am uncut yet my own have never really hung low. Since my vasectomy they are even higher, often tucked up tight.

I have just come to accept this as something that I can't really change.
