Tight foreskin

I can’t seem to get my foreskin back over the head of my penis. It looks like the attached picture when erect?

It looks like you have phimosis. You may be able to stretch the skin over time depending on how tight it is. If that doesn’t work you may be advised to consider circumcision. Although if it’s not bothering you or causing pain, many men just leave it as it is.

I like it as is. Have you tried pulling it back when erect? I had the same problem, but with stretching exercises and time mine is now fully retractable. Circumcision not required.

Believe me mate go to see a doctor you probably will have to have a circumcision your foreskin is surposed to back and forth over your glans otherwise your not gonna be able to keep it clean and would lead to infection it doesn't matter what anyone else tells you get down the doctors you can decide from there what to do.

There actually is alot of guys on here that don't agree with circumcision but unfortunately mate some of us have no choice but too have one i do understand there are guys that just have them to make there cocks look good but believe mate if it was my choice i wouldn't have had it done but unfortunately i have diabetes and the sugar caused my problems.
