So everything went fine so far but the bandage on the tip of my penis went away and now it looks like theres a huge chunk missing, is that normal?

That looks strange. Perhaps mention it to your doc.
It looks fine to me just looks like the scab as come away it should heal up okay but definitely check with the doctor just in case you need antibiotics to help it along
