Zsr circumcision

Today on 9th day after zsr circumcision my doctor manually removed the silicon ring. I did not see much except blood covered gauges and the silicon ring. I am not sure why he suddenly decided to remove the ring. But my screams during dressing might be the reason.

Does removal of silicon ring cause some problems,,, and how many days will it take more for me to get well to attend office..please advice
