Getting the impression its healing alot now. Feels like its starting to become a scab, but only slowly or the beginning stages. Check out my profile for previous images. Btw, one of my stitches on the top came out in the shower yesterday 😱

I take it the swelling around the bottom left-centre, will actually go down at some point (Where it looks like a massive bump)? Like, I'm guessing this isnt how it'll look when healed? I want it to be flat if that makes sense? Cannot wait till this flower look I have on the other side has gone though 😂.

Personally I just can't process what it'll look like when healed, I can get pictures online etc of what a healed circumcision and frenulum looks like, but we all look different. I've been so used to having a foreskin, I'm kinda like "woah ok, this is weirdly, oddly, cool, but also scary as fuck".

I don't regret having it done, but it's a huge damn pill to swallow. How did you guys feel about this whole thing once yous were healed, or even during the healing stages? What was going through your minds? Ridiculous question, but I'd love to know. Just so I'm not sending myself insane worrying about shit for no reason 😂👌

Hey Man. Really big improvement now it's starting to heal much faster now your swelling should go down eventually it can take some time. it is really weird at first but you get used to it. the first few weeks I thought it was never going to work again😁

When do you guys think I should stop salt washing? Tbh I havent done it yet today because of how it looks right now and really dont want to get it wet and weepy again. Especially if it needs to scab up at some stage.

You could leave it till tomorrow and see how it is then if you are doing it I wouldn't soak it for to long

Ok so I havent touched it today, and it's now weepy again.. this is so weird 😂, theres must be something going on underneath all this slough stuff for it to be like this only at night...🤔.

If there's stuff coming out maybe give it a quick wash not a long soak. it is looking really much better now. if your stitches were gone it would improve even better some of your swelling would probably go down as well.

One of my stitches came out in the shower a few days ago. Other than that one, the rest are still in.

That's a pain man you still have them things do improve once the stitches are gone. your healing has improved have you any weeping today if you just have a shower to freshen up and maybe leave the salt water soaking and see if things dry up?

Ok how weird, my original reply has disappeared.

I only have 2 stitches that have dissolved. Well, technically one dissolved and the external part fell off and the other stitches (also the external part) seems like it's still attached to my skin but defo isnt connected to the swelling. The fren scab was hard as a rock earlier and softened up after my shower. I don't see it becoming hard again today.

The skin directly below the scab, looks like its moved up towards my penis head. Maybe that's the direction it heals in perhaps? It's only slightly mind.... The stitches really are a pain in the ass because I know I'll heal up better and quicker without them. They're just slowing the whole process down😂. So much for a 2 months healing for the frenulum eh..

Hi, I haven't seen your previous images but i'm just over 4 weeks post op and yours looks very much like mine did around 5 days ago. I had some salt baths early on and I really don't think it helps, mine didn't scab up until I made an effort to keep it dry for 3-4 days and now it feels much better, although the scabs don't look great i much prefer it to having an open wound and it seems to be healing quicker than when it was weepy.

I do find the scabs soften a bit overnight and do weep a little, it's probably just because of night time erections, i now jump in the shower first thing and let it all dry up before i get dressed.

I personally don't think the salt baths are doing anything now either. I reckon it only helps for the first few weeks. The doctor I recently saw told me it looks like I've healed so I may aswell stop using salt. Have you got any stitches left at all? And how is your swelling looking?

in reply toGreenBaffoon

I stopped epsom soaks last week and we are both at one month out. It prob is fine to stop doing the soaks

most my stitches are gone, i've got one or two which i might remove myself if they don't dissolve in the next few days, all the swelling is gone also. Maybe just keep on with ibroprufen which might help to settle yours down.

I don't have a frenulum anymore buddy. I've got a picture on my phone which I can make a post with?

Sorry, I deleted that post. I responded to the wrong one. You seem to have the frenulum near the urethra, but almost all of it is gone.

Sorry, I deleted that post. I responded to the wrong one. There seems to be the part of the frenulum near the urethra. The frenulum near the muco region and frenulum near the ridge band are both completely gone. Why do you think people choose to remove the frenulum?
