A lot of times PE can be psychological and a sex therapist that specializes in this, in person or online can help give you an evaluation and some mental and physical exercises to do.

You may want to find a doctor or therapist that specializes in PE solutions as a regular family doctor may have no knowledge whatsoever and I could see how that would be embarrassing to talk to someone who hasn’t experienced your problem or have the training to help you.

Many reasons for PE you may find that the Surgery has helped, you may become less sensitive over time ?

Gotta say though coming while giving oral sounds quite good !

Have been close a few times but not actually came.

Have you tried de-sensitising spray ?
