Do you have diabetes if not might be worth checking with your doctor because it could be thrust infection which is a yeast infection if you have that it most certainly make your penis sore but in any case your gonna need to see the doctor anyway probably will mean having a circumcision.
No problem with the glans is visible in the picture.
