Emergency advice for very sore circumcised penis

Hello... In desperate need of help and advice... Boyfriend was circumcised 5 years ago... Now working in bakery ery he does 12hr shift... He is Constantly sore on his bell end he says it dry all time we try allsorts of emollients.. And bought lots of different underwear which cost allot!! ... He can't even walk 1 mile trek or even bike without hurting. Is it friction... Moisture I'm not sure.... He say that tight underwear no good he likes loose and I'm concerned about him and its getting him down... Need urgent advice been to Doctors and no infection or anything... Just sore red at particular times.... I am shocked that theirs little info and advice... Its really hurting me that he is in this state.. Please advice x

What usually helps is in fact tight underwear.

Soft material like cotton or modal briefs are what I wear and that works

Him to stop washing it with shower gel or soap when cleaning as that another key factor to drying the skin out plus maybe something could of changed in the shower gel

of course your helmet is dry mine is too,remember it had a foreskin over it to keep it moist

Hi, has your boyfriend been to a dermatologist. after 5 years being circumcised it shouldn't really be like that there is something that is causing it he could be allergic to something.

I would try a comfortable pair of Boxer briefs try get some with no seem down the middle.
