5 days after circumcision does it look infected

I got circumcised 5 days ago(I’m 19) the wound was glued apart from the frenulum which was stitched. I was told to remove the bandage on day 5 (today) this is what it looks like is it healthy in concerned with the look of the frenulum there’s black and yellow stuff and I don’t know what it is. I’m probably going to the surgeon to have a look at the frenulum to check for infection before I take a shower and worsen things

Wash it properly , otherwise not understandable

Even with the glue still there should I wash it?

If you have difficulty in washing clean with spirit or alcohol , then take photo
