I am having pain in the right lateral aspect of my erect penis for last 3 months. On first few days it was severe associated with painful ejaculation and maturation. Now it reduced but after musterbation it increases. After consultation with a radiologist, he says, there is no structural abnormalities on ultrasonography of penis. Now i am receiving pregabalin and nortryptilin for pain . What can i do now?
