If it’s in the lower abdomen go straight to your GP mate. & let’s be straight as men we all get horny etc but you have to try and respect your decision to have gotten circumcised and wait a minimum of 4-6 weeks. The pain is probably caused by your use of the vibrator. You moe tha likely exerted a little too much pressure on the testicles. Unless you realy did some damage the pain should go in a couple of days. If not see your doctor, it could well be testicular torsion.
