Don't ever do that or then you will end up like a corpse and I'm sure no girl will get laid for you. Be a men bro, our sensitive sexual tool is to have pleasure, reducing it by surgery will end up like a piece of a wooden stick. Did you get my point?
The excessive sensitivity will ease. It will be much more comfortable then.
i want to remain aroused ....if i dont ejeculate i can easily get sexul arousal...thats my objective ....i want to live with arousal without orgasm by ejeculation...
If you have no sensitivity in your penis you will not get aroused. I can’t imagine any doctor who would perform this type of surgery without it being necessary.
Hi Guys (all of you) I am interested in this topic - i suffer from 5 years of "eroded" and "damaged glans" that despite over 5 different specialist (derms / clap clincs and hospital urology) cant seem to cure.
My best guess is damage from over stimulation combined with anti fungal (steroids) and contact dermatitis - so the skin is actually "eroded" and constantly painful.
Can understand the poster wishing to desensitize etc as i looked at that myself (it would be no probs if he explained hos reasons as no one here will laugh i am sure) Sometimes it might be considered simply to prevent any stimulation etc that might cause issues.
Has anyone had actual experience with this hyaluronic acid for skin damage / irritation etc ?
Sorry if it is a bit off topic - but we are all here to help each other correct .. John
