Types of Circumcision

Can anyone explain the types of circumcision. Such as low or high and tight or loose? Cheers guys!!

High/Low refers to how close the scar line is to the head of your penis. Close to the head with little inner foreskin remaining = Low; farther up from the head with more inner foreskin = High. Loose/Tight refers to how much skin was removed. Little skin removed = Loose - many guys with loose circumcisions can still cover some/most of their head when erect and can easily masturbate without lube. Much skin removed = Tight - guys with tight cuts have little-to-no skin movement when erect and often need some kind of lube to masturbate.

All circumcision styles are great! High and loose gives you the most options for revising the circumcision in the future. Adult circumcision has that advantage.

Hi Samsauce, the guys have explained it very well in the comments above if you look up foreskin CI index it is a good example of the different types of foreskin and circumcision you can have. really it all depends on your urologist and his experience sometimes they just do the one that they are used to doing. when you have your consultation you should ask what type he does and which one does he recommend. usually if you have a condition they will recommend the low and tight cut. I don't know if you have seen my post I have a low and tight circumcision it might be a good reference for you.

Hi. My circumcision is tight and quite high - take a look at my posts to see if you like it. If you are a grower you may need a bit more skin left or it might be too tight when you have erections. I have no shaft-skin movement and I love the tightness but you may want something different.
